1. Health Systems Implementation (HSI) Program

Bridging the gap between research, policy, and implementation to drive sustainable health system improvements through evidence generation and capacity building.

Partnering with governments, health institutions, and stakeholders to develop and scale community-based workforce solutions that integrate policy and research into real-world implementation.


2. Knowledge Generation (KG) Program
Focus
Producing evidence-based research to strengthen health systems and workforce development while addressing critical public health challenges.
Approach
Collaborating with academic institutions, think tanks, and global health organizations to generate and apply research insights that inform policy and practice.
3. Advocacy & Partnership Program
Focus
Strengthening health system resilience and equity through strategic advocacy, workforce development, and policy coordination.
Approach
Engaging governments, community organizations, and international partners to drive healthcare funding, workforce training, and policy reforms that enhance equity and emergency preparedness.
