Our mission aligns with the global health agenda, aiming to meet urgent client needs and contribute to resolving complex global issues by enhancing access to quality, affordable healthcare. At CAdHSI, we tailor our efforts to offer operational research and practice support to local stakeholders, thereby facilitating health system strengthening in Liberia and other low and middle-income countries. We believe that partnerships with vulnerable communities, funders, and public and private institutions are key to strengthening health systems. These integrated activities encompass research, policy, and programmatic efforts that enhance local, national, and global capacities to improve service delivery, strengthen health systems, and mitigate the impact of climate and health-related shocks on vulnerable communities.
