Position Description
CAdHSI is seeking motivated and reliable Research Assistants to support Project Hope in Liberia. Research Assistants will assist with field-based research activities, including participant engagement, data collection, documentation, and other project tasks. Successful candidates will work closely with the research team and are expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy throughout the project.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant training in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field

Previous experience in research, data collection, community engagement, or a related role is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for data collection

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English; knowledge of relevant local languages is an advantage

Willingness and ability to work in community/field settings

Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality

Must be available to complete required training and work during the project period
